I’m James, the filmmaker behind James David Films. A Kent wedding videographer creating natural, cinematic wedding films for couples across Kent and the South East.
My approach comes from 6 years of experience, I am calm, unobtrusive and story-led. Focusing on real moments, the emotion of the day and capturing the atmosphere unobtrusively so your wedding films feel true to you both rather than a staged or forced wedding styled shoot.
Yasmin my fiancé runs our family business with me, She deals with client care, organisation of paperwork and meetings behind the scenes and our wedding film collections are named after our children, The Ezra Collection & The Alani Collection

On the day, I work quietly in the background, capturing the moments as they naturally happen. I’ll step in with gentle guidance when it helps, but I’m never there to take over your wedding or turn it into a production.
